What is The Best Drone to Buy For Complete Beginners Under £100? + Top 5 Best Mini Drones

Drones – cool little flyin’ toys you can control, sometimes on your mobile! Sometimes in the air, and sometimes crashing to the ground! After all, what goes up, must come down! And it’s just as well you never invested heavily into your first drone. The chances are, an expensive drone would have complex controls and even though some drones are very easy and intuitive to control, learn and fly from the moment you set off, like the Phantom 3 Advanced, you wouldn’t want your expensive drone to crash to the ground on your first flight because of your own drone flying inexperience. And usually, the more expensive they are – the heavier they are – and the harder they fall! So it might be a very good idea for you to buy a cheap drone or one within £100 or so or less, especially if you are a complete novice or not very ace bullet (Technologically Challenged) with such things, to buy a cheap drone first before you make an expensive purchase, to see if you have what it takes. To get used to flying drones remotely! To learn how they fly and respond to the controls, to get used to flying them and keeping them up and landing them safely! So without droning on too much, let’s get into what the best drone to buy for complete beginners is for under £100. Because we love all of that kind of stuff and it keeps you safe. 🙂

£100 is a good amount to buy a small UAV drone with like a small quadcopter. The most cheapest working quadcopter drone sells for around £20. Very basic with very basic controls. Usually meant for flying indoors only. Then the more expensive they get, the better they get. £20 to £40 gets you something a little better. £50 to £100 gets better still. Maybe the range is further and the flight time bit longer or the controls are more advanced. Some drones within this price range are actually very good, can fly for longer, higher and further and may even have a half decent camera on them. Most drones under £100 though are small enough to be classed mini drones AKA nano drones.
